A lot goes into setting up a successful campaign, and the good candidates are handling that now so when campaign season heats up they can focus on doing what they’re supposed to be doing: raising money and talking to voters.
Collin Corbett sat down with Cor’s Operations Marshal Ryan Kilduff, who has helped hundreds of candidates over the years navigate the logistics of running a campaign, to talk about some of the administrative details many candidates don’t think about until it’s too late.
Do you know the paperwork that must be submitted before running and the quarterly reports that must be filed federally or with the state? Have you developed a list of friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors that you can call on to help volunteer, attend your events, or contribute financially?
