Countdown Is on to Launch Facebook Ads

Just like they did in 2020 and 2022, Facebook will soon implement restrictions banning new ads on social issues, elections, or politics.

Beginning at 2:01am CT on Tuesday, October 29th, you will no longer be able to submit new ads for approval until after Election Day.

If you have ads submitted and approved or already running before the deadline, you can run them through Election Day, but no new ads or edits to currently running ads will be allowed.

So, get all your ads up now. You can still do GOTV ads, you simply have to use phrases that work now through Election Day, like “vote now” or “vote by November 5th”.

Even if the deadline to launch Facebook ads wasn’t next week, we’d still be telling candidates to launch their final ads now if they haven’t already. You want to reach people 7-13 times with your ads before they vote, and each day we get closer to Election Day, the effectiveness of digital ads decreases.

We can help. Cor Services is running Facebook ads across the country, and we can help ensure your ads are running successfully and effectively so you can focus on winning your campaign!
