Ryan Kilduff

Operations Marshal
Ryan’s interest in politics began at an early age and expanded while backpacking throughout Europe during the summer of 2009 where he was exposed to many facets of the various governments. This sparked his interest in state and federal politics back home and continues to drive his passion for politics today.

Ryan started as an intern for Cor in 2013 and has worked his way up to leading Cor’s day-to-day operations and the quickly growing team.

He began his career in politics in 2011 with an internship in the office of Senator Mark Kirk after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Ryan worked on a handful of campaigns prior to joining Cor, including Sidney Mathias for State Representative and Tom Hayes for Arlington Heights Mayor.

Having worked in the service industry for ten years, Ryan is the first to say not to discuss politics at the dinner table…or during a Chicago Bears game. Even so, he’s dedicated himself to strengthening and progressing the center-right politics in Illinois. Ryan grew up in Lake Zurich and now lives in Palatine, and is proud that he has helped pass 2 successful referendums benefiting the towns he calls home.

When he’s not rooting on Da Bears, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, catching up on new movies (or re-watching Back to the Future), binge-watching home remodeling shows (because he doesn’t have the patience to actually do it himself), riding his bike on the trails around Palatine, and spending time with family and friends.
