As you may have heard or even seen, our Cor Strategies team moved into our new headquarters last November in Inverness across the street from Harper Community College. Our new office is newly renovated and has modern private office space for lease! If you are receiving this email, we’d love to have you as a neighbor in our move-in ready office.
The offices are spacious, fitting 1 person comfortably with multiple pieces of furniture, or 2-3 people in a shared space. Up to 4 offices, similar in space and layout, are available on the floor, one of which includes a gas fireplace. Our office is in a prime location as it is the first building you see as you enter the office park backing up to a pond with a waterfall and is easily accessible to I-90 and Route 53.
These offices come with access to a common space on the upper level, including a bathroom with shower, closet, and central collaborative space. Tenants also have access to an ADA accessible conference room on the main level. The lease is gross, covering all utilities, taxes, fees, and building insurance. Tenants are also provided complimentary access to wireless internet.
Each office has a separate unit address set up with the local post office. Each individual office and the door to the floor are locked with separate keys from the rest of the building, and the building is secured with security cameras and an alarm.
