Caitlin is an experienced political campaigner and certified project manager who has been working in conservative politics since 2008. She has served as campaign manager, executive director of the Chicago Republican Party, and Data Director for the Illinois House Republicans. She brings a metrics-driven approach to campaign planning to organizations whose missions she admires.

In her free time, Caitlin plays Magic the Gathering and reads history books. She currently lives in Baltimore, but loves to travel, and plans to move to France in the not too distant future.
